Application details
Your role, phone number, LinkedIn profile, company and product information, financial and funding information, team member details, photos, logos, images, pitch decks and video links
Founder Hub activity
Your profile, posts, comments, connections and messages
Ticket orders
Your name, email, company, order details and the names and emails of pass holders
Investor applications
Your name, email, firm, job title, investment focus and profile details
Visa letter requests
Your full name, nationality, passport number and date of birth
Contact form messages
Your name, email, company and message
Technical information
Your IP address and details needed to keep the site secure
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
To run accounts, applications, selection, the Founder Hub, ticketing and the event
To review and respond to investor applications and contact messages
To issue visa invitation letters
To send login codes, service emails and reminders
To process payments and keep financial records
To protect the site and prevent misuse
If you apply to Ascend 100, your company's name, logo, description, product images and related profile details may appear on our website, as set out in our Application Terms. Applicants who are not selected can hide their showcase listing.
Other Founder Hub members can see your hub profile and what you post. They cannot see your pitch deck, financial information or long application answers.
We share information only as needed with the providers who help us run the site and the event:

Website hosting, data storage and security checks
Resend
Sending email
Stripe
Card payments
GlobalFutureNetwork
Our ticketing partner, which manages ticketing and ticket orders
Travel partners and event suppliers
Where needed for finalists and attendees
We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
We use a cookie to keep you logged in, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that forms are used by people and not bots. The videos on our home page are embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play them.
Our providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal and financial record keeping duties.
You can stop application reminders using the link in those emails, and manage Founder Hub emails in your hub profile
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it
