Ticketing for AscendTech is managed by our ticketing partner, GlobalFutureNetwork. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and any tax is shown before you pay. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received, and your order page and confirmation email act as your receipt.
Early bird prices apply until the date shown on the Tickets page. A group rate and a promo code cannot be combined. If both could apply, you receive the better discount. Promo codes may be limited by date, pass type or number of uses, and have no cash value.
All passes are final and non refundable in every circumstance. This includes if you cannot attend, if your visa is refused, if your pass is withdrawn, and if the event is changed, postponed or cancelled.
You can change the name on a pass from your order page. The person named on a pass must follow these terms. Student passes require a valid student ID, and may be checked on entry.
Dates, venues, speakers and programme details may change, and the event may be postponed or cancelled. Passes are not refunded in any of these cases. We are not responsible for other costs, including travel, hotels and visas.
You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, insurance and visa. Pass holders can request a letter of invitation from their order page, but the decision to issue a visa rests with the Canadian authorities. Passes are not refunded if a visa is refused.
You must follow our Code of Conduct. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who does not, without a refund. You may be photographed or filmed at the event, and this material may be used to report on and promote AscendTech.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to your belongings, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot legally be limited.
